Miguel is now out of the picture, so Dexter can now focus on his wedding. However, Ramon Prado, who had been asked by Miguel to be his bodyguard, is out looking for Dexter and so is the Skinner, but Dexter finds out too late when he is kidnapped. Debra is excited to hear from Batista that he recommended her for her detective’s shield. But when Batista hears news that Debra had been sleeping with a confidential informant and confronts her about the matter, her dreams of attaining her shield seem beyond possible.
