Dexter and Miguel continue to look for potential victims. Miguel suggests someone, whom to Dexter does not fit The Code and when Dexter tells him this, Miguel becomes enraged making Dexter wonder if their friendship is in danger. Debra believes that Anton may be the Skinner’s next victim, so she suggests that he leave town. Hearing this, Anton comes to a realization that she may care for him more than he perceived. Sylvia confesses to Rita that she believes that her husband, Miguel, is having an affair. An old friend of Dexter’s, Camilla, is in the hospital, in pain, and insists that she would never ask of him to go against his conscience, but that she needs his help to end her life.
