Dexter becomes overprotective of Astor when he sees her talking to a man in the grocery store. After meeting him, Dexter investigates to see whether the pedophile fits The Code. Teegan is found dead skinned and a second victim also appears skinned making Miguel question if Dexter had actually finished Freebo for good. Miguel wants to befriend Dexter, but the latter wonders how good of an idea that would be. Debra offers some good sisterly advice and encouragement for Dexter who is still uneasy about the thought of having a child.
